Details for Upcoming SPA Appointment

Here are some essential details to keep in mind before you head to your SPA appointment:

• Payment Methods Accepted: Card, Zelle, Paypal, Apple Pay, Google Pay

• Parking: Free parking available

• Special Instructions: We recommend drinking plenty of water before your appointment. This helps promote circulation for your lymphatic drainage, especially if you have scheduled one of those services.

• Cancellation Policy: We understand that sometimes you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. Please do so at least three hours before the beginning of your appointment to avoid a cancellation fee of 100% of the price of your scheduled appointment. Appointments must be canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled time to receive a full refund. If canceled within two hours of the appointment, a half deposit will be refunded. No calls or no-shows will not receive a refund and will be blocked from future appointments. Please arrive at your scheduled time, as tardiness will not extend your time into the next scheduled hour. Appointments will be canceled if you are more than 15 minutes late without notice, and the card on file will be fully charged. No add-ons or changes can be made during aesthetic treatment appointments. If you're unsure which service is best for you book a consultation.
